Meet the owner of Femme Gemz + Co-Owner of Femminition - Cosmetic Lounge, Rachel.
Rachel is a seasoned Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in NJ and PA. Rachel created Femme Gemz in search of more freedom and creativity while carrying all of the knowledge and experience from her dental career.
She strives to perfect her craft at tooth gems, removeable tooth grills, teeth whitening and permanent jewelry. Her greatest passion is leaving clients feeling better than they did before they met her!

Bari is one of our permanent jewelry artists here at Femme Gemz, based inside Femminition Cosmetic Lounge. You’ll see her on the booking schedule, in the studio, and popping up at events.
She was personally trained by Rachel and quickly became the perfect fit - creative, kind, intelligent, and genuinely passionate about permanent jewelry. Bari brings precision, care, and artistry to every piece she creates, and her love for the craft truly shows. You’re in the best hands when you’re booking with her.
About Sydney
Sydney is our resident esthetician at Femminition Cosmetic Lounge and the queen of 15-minute Brazilians in Bucks County. When it comes to body waxing, she’s fast, skilled, and trusted - but that’s only part of what she does.
Sydney also specializes in tooth gems and was fully trained by Rachel. Her love for gems, eye for detail, and effortlessly cool style shine through in every design.
You’ll find Sydney both in-house at Femminition and at Femme Gemz events, bringing creativity, confidence, and good energy wherever she goes.
