You will be prompted to pay a deposit towards your visit upon booking, and remaining balance will be due at the completion of your visit - a valid card on file will be saved upon booking.
We understand life can be unexpected, so we do allow a firm 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling period.
For any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance. This gives me time to try and fill the spot.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) you were scheduled for with your saved card on file. For Permanent Jewelry this will be $15 per person scheduled. For Permanent Jewelry re-weld $15. For Grill Delivery $15. For Tooth Gem Replacement $15.
No call No show appointments will result in 100% charge of the service(s) you were scheduled for. For Permanent Jewelry this will be $30 per person scheduled. For Permanent Jewelry re-weld $25. For Grill Delivery $30. For Tooth Gem Replacement $30, if you made a deposit for your appointment, that can count toward your cancellation fee.
Call No Show more than 2x you will be blocked from making future appointments.

How long do tooth gems last?
Tooth gems are semi-permanent and last anywhere from 2 months to a year, sometimes longer!
How are they removed?
Tooth gems eventually fall off on their own. They can also easily be removed by a dental professional. You should never attempt to remove your own gems.
Do they damage teeth?
They don’t damage teeth! When properly placed & removed, and properly cared for, they are harmless to tooth enamel.
What are they made of?
The crystals are lead-free glass, the lab opals are silica and resin, and the gold charms range from 18k – 24k white or yellow gold.
How are they applied?
They are applied to the surface of your teeth with a dental adhesive system; very similar to how an orthodontic bracket is placed. No drilling or pain!
Can they be applied with retainers?
They can be placed around wire-style retainers, and most night guards, but not under active alignment therapy. Please bring your appliance with you to your appointment so we can be sure! I also love decorating aligners if you are in active alignment therapy!
What is tooth gem aftercare?
Do not touch your gem or play with it right after application. Do not eat for atleast an hour. You can drink water right after! Eat softer foods for 12 hours following. Do not use electric toothbrush on that tooth for 12 hours. Make sure you visit the dentist twice a year!
Anything else?
Gems can only be placed on natural teeth (enamel). If interested in a applying gems on non natural tooth structure, we can only use a temporary clear solution that can be removed yourself and will last 2 weeks or so!
