  • Grills: Custom-made removable grills for teeth, designed for aesthetic purposes.

  • Permanent Jewelry: Custom-fit, durable jewelry designed to be worn permanently.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any of the services provided at any time without prior notice.

4. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

5. Booking and Payment

  • Appointments: All services must be scheduled in advance through our website or other authorized booking platforms.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Tooth Gems & Grills: Tooth gems and grills are cosmetic services and should not be considered a substitute for professional dental care. We recommend that you consult with your dentist before booking these services, especially if you have any dental conditions.

  • Teeth Whitening: While teeth whitening is generally safe, results may vary. Individuals with sensitive teeth or gum issues should consult a dentist prior to receiving whitening treatments.

  • Permanent Jewelry: Permanent jewelry is a unique service that involves the application of jewelry that is designed to be worn continuously. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other health concerns arising from the use of the jewelry.

Policy​

At Femme Gemz, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, personalized products, services, and training. Please review our return policy carefully:

Permanent Jewelry
•All permanent jewelry sales are final due to the custom-fit nature of these pieces.
•If you experience any issues with your jewelry, such as a break or clasp malfunction, please contact us within 7 days of your service. We’ll be happy to repair it for you at no additional charge.

Tooth Gems and Grillz
•Tooth gem and custom grillz sales are non-refundable.
•If there are any concerns with the fit or placement, please notify us within 7 days so we can address the issue.

​

Teeth Whitening
•Teeth whitening services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your results, we’d love to discuss additional treatments or options to achieve your desired outcome.

​

Training Courses
•All training courses are final sale.
•If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. We can reschedule your training for a later date (subject to availability).
•No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled course date will forfeit the booking fee.

​

Custom Orders (if applicable)
•All custom orders are final sale.
•If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days with photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

​

Other Items
•Non-custom items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Policy​

At Femme Gemz, we provide shipping exclusively for training kits associated with our virtual training courses. Please review our shipping policy below:

​

Virtual Training Kits
•Training kits for virtual courses will be shipped to the address provided during registration.
•Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays or misdelivery.
•Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via standard shipping. You will receive tracking information once your kit is on its way.

 

In-Person Training Kits
•Training kits for in-person courses will be delivered directly to students on the day of training. No shipping is required.

​

Additional Notes
•We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

There is a 4% charge on all credit card transactions.

Late

Policy​

​

 

If you are running late to your appointment please TEXT me at 215-500-8528 to let me know. If you are more than 10 minutes late I will do everything I possibly can to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

​

You will be prompted to pay a deposit towards your visit upon booking, and remaining balance will be due at the completion of your visit - a valid card on file will be saved upon booking.

​

We understand life can be unexpected, so we do allow a firm 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling period.

​

For any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance. This gives me time to try and fill the spot.

​

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) you were scheduled for with your saved card on file. For Permanent Jewelry this will be $15 per person scheduled. For Permanent Jewelry re-weld $15. For Grill Delivery $15. For Tooth Gem Replacement $15. 

​

No call No show appointments will result in 100% charge of the service(s) you were scheduled for. For Permanent Jewelry this will be $30 per person scheduled. For Permanent Jewelry re-weld $25. For Grill Delivery $30. For Tooth Gem Replacement $30, if​ you made a deposit for your appointment, that can count toward your cancellation fee.

​

Call No Show more than 2x you will be blocked from making future appointments.
