Permanent Jewelry Re-Weld
Service Description
Complimentary re-welds and minor adjustments are included for jewelry originally welded by Femme Gemz. This includes: • Re-welding if your jewelry comes apart at the welded jump ring • Re-attaching jewelry that was removed for surgery, MRI appointments, medical procedures, work requirements, travel, or personal removal • Resizing or switching wrists/ankles • Minor chain repairs when repairable • General maintenance/adjustments to your original Femme Gemz piece Please note: • Complimentary repairs only apply to jewelry originally welded by Femme Gemz • Charms, connectors, beads, specialty links, and decorative pieces are not covered under complimentary re-welds • If a charm, beaded connector, or decorative component breaks, stretches, pulls apart, or is damaged from wear/snagging, replacement pieces must be purchased separately • Some damaged chains or components may not be repairable and may require partial or full replacement Jewelry welded by another artist may be re-welded for a $25 fee. This fee will be waived with any new jewelry purchase during your visit that day. If you’d like to add a new bracelet or piece to your stack during your appointment, we’re happy to accommodate if time allows. No-call/no-show appointments will result in a $30 fee. Rescheduling under 48hr policy will result in $15 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with Femme Gemz at Femminition - Cosmetic Lounge, we can’t wait to see you! If you are scheduling for a pop-up event please find the appropriate address. Payments accepted are Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Cash, Credit Cards, Apple Pay. There is a 4% charge on all credit card transactions. Please take a moment to read our cancellation policy below. You will be prompted to pay a deposit towards your visit upon booking, and remaining balance will be due at the completion of your visit - a valid card on file will be saved upon booking. We understand life can be unexpected, so we do allow a firm 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling period. For any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance. This gives me time to try and fill the spot. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) you were scheduled for with your saved card on file. For Permanent Jewelry this will be $15 per person scheduled. For Permanent Jewelry re-weld $15. For Grill Delivery $15. For Tooth Gem Replacement $15. No call No show appointments will result in 100% charge of the service(s) you were scheduled for. For Permanent Jewelry this will be $30 per person scheduled. For Permanent Jewelry re-weld $25. For Grill Delivery $30. For Tooth Gem Replacement $30, if you made a deposit for your appointment, that can count toward your cancellation fee. Call No Show more than 2x you will be blocked from making future appointments. Please text 215-500-8528 for schedule changes less than 48 hours notice.
